Arashi

From Mare Tectum

Arashi is a young halfling, as far as halflings go, though has seen much of what the Islands have to offer. He has served as an arcane mercenary on numerous ships, as well as land expeditions, and enjoys a good scuffle.

Standing a mere 4' tall, he is sometimes mistaken for a child. That it until his eyes glow with the power of the storms, and his power is made manifest.

Arashi has ascended, as a pure form of elemental storm power.
